How I responded:
The big guys (doctors) get all the credit and rightfully so. But one single person doesn't do it all. The front desk and nurses or CNAs are the ones who spend a good portion of their time with patients and they are the ones who can have the biggest influence on these people. You are important. F what anyone else has to say. Know they CAN"T do it without you.
